General Terms of Business

All deliveries and services provided by Wildland Lederhosenmacherei in the fulfilment of orders placed by the client, which are not in connection with his/her commercial or independent professional activity, are subject to these terms of business. any deviating and/or supplementary agreement must be made in writing by Wildland Lederhosenmacherei; this also applies to any waiver of the necessity of the written form.

In accordance with §13 BGB, as a consumer, you are no longer committed to your order if you withdraw within a period of two-weeks after receiving the goods. It is not necessary for this withdrawal to contain any explanation and may be made in writing (an Email to: wildland@lederhosenmacherei.de is sufficient) or by returning the goods at our risk.

Please ensure that the package is sufficiently franked in order to avoid any excess postage payment. We will refund your postage costs without delay. Should you return damaged or used articles, the legally permissible amounts will be deducted. You can avoid these charges by merely inspecting the goods, as you would do in a shop, and returning them to us, without any traces of wear, in the original packaging.

We will assume the costs for returning the goods to us should your order exceed an amount of € 60.

* Articles made according to the client's specifications or demonstrably adapted to his/her personal requirements; articles which, due to their nature are not suitable for being returned, or which can rapidly spoil, or whose expiry date has been exceeded.
* Audio and video recordings or software if the seal of the delivered data medium has been broken by the client.
* Newspapers, magazines and other journals.

The guarantee will be made in accordance with the legal requirements whereby, in the case of a defect in the articles supplied, we will, in the first instance, redeliver or make improvements, as you desire. Should the improvement be deficient or the redelivered goods also be faulty you may return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price or keep the goods and reduce the purchase price. The seat of the seller Munich shall be the agreed place of jurisdiction for any and all legal dispute, including actions on bills and cheques, concerning contracts with retailers, legal entities under public-law, or public-law special assets.
